Льыоравэтльан - New meetings of Karelian Center’s Interns

This week interns studied the work of public and judicial authorities. They visited Constitutional Court of Karelian Republic and Legislative Assembly of Karelian Republic where they met with Elena Voroshilo, expert of Education, Culture, and Youth Committee.
Interns also met with Lidia Ryamenen, director of publishing house “Periodika”. She described how mass media cover life of Karelian Republic’s population. Interns learned about newly published books, journals, and newspapers in Karelian, Veps, and Finnish.
A seminar on informatization of the work of noncommercial organizations was held. Interns mastered new programs and improved their computer skills.
